Our classic cars are ideal for taking students to the school prom, whisking someone away on a special day out and for any other special occasion you can think of.
But unfortunately, due to Kirklees Metropolitan Council's adoption of Part II of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1976, regarding the licensing of Hackney Carriages and Private Hire Operators, Section 75 of which has been repealed by Section 53 of the Road Traffic Safety Act 2006 (!!), the cars cannot legally be hired with chauffeurs other than for weddings and funerals.
NB: these regulations apply to all car hire companies other than private hire operators (taxis). However, SWCCH is happy to consider enquiries about our cars' availability for film and television work.
